For purchases in New Zealand we offer a 12 month warranty covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act.
For other countries (except the USA) there is a 12 month warranty, for which we supply parts and can organise a repair.
The Buyer must check the item(s) immediately after purchase / delivery and report any transit damage or faults within 72 hours of receiving the item.
Contact must be made directly with Radiance Dev Int. Ltd for approval prior to returning goods under warranty, invoices will be required as proof of purchase. Photos or other forms of evidence may also be requested from the buyer.
Radiance Dev Ltd will replace or repair where possible. Courier charges are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be considered after the item has been used, if the buyer simply changes their mind or if the item is not “what you expected”, please read descriptions and choose your purchases carefully.
Products must be returned with all accessories including their original packing materials to prevent damage to product when returning.
If a replacement is needed, Radiance Dev Ltd will be liable for sending the repaired item or replacement back to the Buyer, except in the case that the returned item is tested and found not faulty or not in the same condition that the buyer reported. In which case, the buyer will be required to pay for return postage costs and the item will be sent back at the buyer’s expense.
Radiance Dev Ltd adheres to the Consumers Guarantees & Fair Trading Acts.Warranty does not cover:
- Bonus accessory items such as sachets.
- Incorrect assembly, misuse, abuse or use of a product for which it was not designed.
- Neglect and careless storage.
- Unauthorised dismantles and repairs.
Payment Details
Steamdistillers.co.nz/springflow.co.nz is an online shop run by Radiance Developments International Ltd Cardholder statements and payment records will indicate payment made to Radiance Developments International Ltd This is also indicated on the invoice enclosed with the order.
From the 1st August 2015 transactions will be conducted via DPS (Payment Express) secure server.
Prices are in New Zealand dollars and GST inclusive. Local orders include 15% tax (GST), whereas international orders are GST exempt. This is shown on final checkout. All transactions are billed in New Zealand dollars.
Custom & Import Duties
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package arrives in your country. Radiance Developments International Ltd does not collect duties and taxes. These charges must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For further information on your country’s custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
